Farm To Table NORICHIE has celebrated its 2nd anniversary

On June 6, 2026, Farm To Table NORICHIE celebrated its second anniversary.
Over the past two years, we’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful customers.

I recently wrote a post on note to mark our 2nd anniversary, and one thing that really stuck with me from that post was the phrase “See you later!” Some time ago, a guest from Germany asked me, “Can you teach me a word other than ‘goodbye’?”

So we told them, “See you later!” Since then
, we’ve started saying “See you later!” more often when seeing guests off.

As a result, we’ve started seeing guests return with their parents or partners, and others bring us souvenirs, saying, “I brought what we talked about last time.” Although

we’re a small inn in a rural area of Senboku City, Akita Prefecture, we’ve been blessed with connections with guests from all over the world.
Now that we’ve reached our second anniversary, perhaps the greatest joy of all is being able to reunite with guests we said “See you later!” to when they left.
