We prepare meals that value the flavors of each season, using our homegrown rice and miso as well as vegetables from our fields. Though you are traveling, we hope you enjoy a warm, nostalgic dining experience.

We also carry a wide selection of carefully chosen sake from Akita and the Tohoku region. Each bottle has been tasted and confidently recommended by the owners. Please enjoy the pairing with your meal.

This plan lets guests share dinner with the wife, who took over a third-generation butcher shop, and the husband, who moved from Kumamoto to Akita.

Breakfast includes miso soup made with our homegrown rice and traditional miso from a recipe passed down for over 100 years, seasonal vegetables, and Akita-style rice accompaniments, served in traditional magewappa. It is a breakfast filled with Akita’s bounty to satisfy both body and heart.
