Sweet and Delicious Dried Persimmons

We’ve made some sweet and delicious dried persimmons again this year.

While I like dried persimmons that have been dried until they’re crispy, I prefer ones that are a little moist and on the softer side.

The natural sweetness of the persimmons spreads across my palate as soon as I take a bite. It’s amazing how sweet they can be without using any
sugar.

I’m looking forward to enjoying this year’s bounty of autumn once again.
