At Farm To Table NORICHIE, we serve rice balls and rice for dinner and breakfast.
The rice we use is grown right here on our own farm.

After enduring a snowy winter, the arrival of spring has brought us closer to this year’s rice-planting season. We are
currently preparing for the planting, and water is gradually being introduced into the paddies.

We will nurture the rice with care as we look forward to the autumn harvest. We hope you’ll enjoy the taste of rice grown amidst Akita’s natural surroundings during your stay
